These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tejovira.com and the services offered on it (the “Services”), operated by Tejovira Enterprises (“Tejovira”, “we”, “us”). By engaging us, creating an account, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Tejovira provides business-compliance services, including company and LLP incorporation, ROC/MCA annual compliance, GST registration and returns, income-tax and TDS filing, trademark registration, and related licenses and registrations. We act as your authorised service provider to prepare documents and make filings with the relevant authorities on your behalf.

2. Not legal or financial advice

Our Services are professional support and filing services. Unless expressly agreed in writing, they do not constitute legal, audit, or investment advice. Outcomes that depend on government authorities (such as approvals, registrations, or processing times) are not within our control and are not guaranteed.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to engage us for your business.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. We are not responsible for delays, penalties, or rejections caused by incorrect or late information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

4. Fees & payments

• Our professional fees are quoted before work begins and are payable in advance in INR. Fees are exclusive of GST and of any government, registry, or statutory fees, which are charged at actuals.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
• Government and third-party fees, once paid to the relevant authority on your behalf, are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and to provide truthful information.
• You will not use the Services to file false documents or to facilitate any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt, the Services.

6. Turnaround & dependencies

Estimated timelines are indicative only. Actual timelines depend on you providing complete documents and on the processing times of government departments and registries, which we do not control.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its content, and our templates and materials are owned by or licensed to Tejovira Enterprises. Documents we prepare specifically for you, once fully paid for, are yours to use for your business.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tejovira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including penalties arising from information you provided late or incorrectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the professional fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Where we have already performed part of the work, fees for the completed portion remain payable. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
